Nobu Buckley, ARNP
Nobu is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with Prescriptive Authority. She provides comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management, and brief therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of special interest include ADHD, Autism spectrum disorder, Bipolar disorder, Anxiety disorders, and Depression.
Nobu strives to be a non-judgmental, empathetic, and respectful provider. She believes that collaborative partnerships with clients provide the foundation for successful treatment outcomes. She judiciously prescribes psychiatric medications and understands that clients may have valid concerns about psychiatric treatment.
Nobu received a Master of Science in Nursing from Seattle University in 2015. Prior to joining the practice, Nobu worked as an inpatient RN at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. Before nursing, Nobu was a high school chemistry and physics teacher in the Lake Washington School District. She brings knowledge and experience with school accommodations to her work as a provider.
When she’s not working, Nobu enjoys knitting, visiting Rattlesnake Lake on hot summer days, and spending time with her family.
